The App is not working

I am not able to log onto my App, because there's a pop up that requires me to link me my device. When I try to link the device, it sends the OTP to the old number, why do you not have an option to send to a different number?

My biggest issue is having this pop that does not allow you to navigate to anywhere on the App, have you considered the frustration this will cause to customers if they are not able to go into the App? I think you have the coolest App, but cool don't cut it, if the functionality is not working.
