That WOW Discovery Factor

Good day,<br> <br> I had an issue with a billing query due to a supplier error. I have been trying to get this resolved since the 09th September. <br> <br> I called yesterday to try and resolve this matter and dealt with Kgomotso. She was amazing. She took accountability. She called supplier whilst I was on the line to attempt to resolve.<br> <br> She gave me feedback on what the issue was and the way forward. She confirmed what she would attempt to do on her side to get the matter resolved. I thought she was pretty spectacular yesterday.<br> <br> Today she called, I was unavailable and missed her call. She left a detailed message about what had happened and how she had managed to resolve issue.<br> <br> This is that WOW factor that Discovery has that not alot of medical aids can compete with. I have had to change medical aids once due to my employer and came back to Discovery as soon as I changed employers again.<br> <br> Well done to Kgomotso. I did speak to other Discovery consultants who where helpful but she really took ownership of this matter from beginning to end.
