Thank you Spencer

Thank you very much to a consultant I spoke to this morning by the name of Spence for going the extra mile for me. I got into an accident around 7:30 in Sunninghill and I couldn’t get treatment because of the cover I was on. I spoke to a number of consultants who were not very helpful even though I indicated that I was in pain and need urgent medical care. I was in pain from 7:30 till I spoke to to Spencer who managed to help me and I finally got assitance at 11:00. I was ready to discontinue my cover with Discovery because I was paying but couldn’t be cover when I needed it the most. Because of Spencer I'm convinced that Discovery does have competent and emphatic staff members. Again to Spencer thank you for remaining calm and making sure I got medical treatment in time, I’m at home recovering all thanks to your brilliant customer care s****s.
