Thank you so much!
Just want to say a HUGE thank you to Natasha, in the authorisations department at Discovery. What a compassionate and kind soul. Not only did she help me overturn the declined emergency treatment that I needed to go in for (within a few hours), but the manner in which she dealt with my case was filled with genuine concern. It’s amazing when you find professionals in the healthcare industry that really care as much as she does – someone please give her a raise and a fat bonus!
