I called in to your call centre to request a letter confirming cover and payment being made for a client and his son as he needed something more specific than a membership certificate for a child support case & courts can get very finicky about wording. Needless to say that the consultant I spoke to yesterday, clearly was not listening to what I was saying as I was very specific in my request regarding what the letter needed to state. I got the \letter"this morning and I might as well have not wasted my breath telling Shavani Maistry (***) what the letter needed to say because her letter was basically a membership certificate. I called in again this morning"
