Good day, I recently decided to join discovery health and I would like to say THANK YOU to Nomfundo from the PE contcat centre for her professionalism, clear voice and most of all her smile. I was about to log a complaint which Nomfundo effortlessly changed to a compliment. Her passion for customers can be heard in her voice. THANK YOU NOMFUNDO!!!!!! Wish we had more agents like you! Keep flying the discovery flag high :-)
