Thank you Lance

I was with Remedi in 2018 and needed my tax certificate. I usually don't like dealing with call center agents, but I must say I was really impressed with Lance who handled my call. He was very friendly and professional, even though I'm not a member anymore. Excellent service provided by him. I honestly wish there more people like him. If ever I need to switch medical aids, I will definitely return to Remedi purely because they have excellent customer skills. Thank you Lance
