Thank you for the GREAT ATTITUDE

Yesterday I called into the discovery call centre in a state because a certain hospital that I had visited had ultimately charged me for the visit which should have been covered by the Medical Aid. I was in a state and when a certain lady I spoke to didn't see too eager to assist, I almost lost hope, but when I called back, a very pleasant and VERY PROFESSIONAL Nomonde assisted me and assured me that she would call me back in 3 working days to update me. <br> <br> To my surprise, she called me back today, from a number with a 041.. code, and she was still ever so pleasant and confirmed that the billing was sorted out and would be paid in full by Discovery. <br> She is amazing and needs recognition!!!
