Thank you for Nothing Discovery

Dear Discovery,

After some research, I realised I am not the only member that has to put up with your absolute atrocious service and payment of claims. I had an emergency on the 26th of September 2022. Discovery used up all my MSA and refuse to pay my other bills. It was an emergency, not a Doctors visit. I tried claiming from my Gap cover and all of a sudden the Gap Cover does not cover Pathologists.

"Kindly note the above-mentioned claim does not qualify for gap funding as we do not fund pathologist accounts"

This is the biggest load of Bull I have ever heard. So thank you Discovery for absolute nothing. I have sent my request to cancel, My vehicle Insurance, Gap Covers, Life Insurance and Medical Aid. Because I would rather go with a company that are honest with their clients because you are a *****. My Membership number is ***
