Thank You Discovery - Wonderful Service!!!

<p>I recently had complaint about my medical plan and took it up with Discovery. I would like to thank Discovery Health for the wonderful service. I was contacted by Yusree (I did not get his no surname) the same day. I was very upset and during the entire phone call Yusree was calm, friendly and tried to assit me as much as he could. Yusree went the extra mile and contacted me shortly after our first phone call to inform we that my problem would be sorted out. He also followed up. This was Thursday mid afternoon. By Monday morning everything was sorted. I would also like to thank Heelan Kanoo Nana whom contacted me a few times to follow up and arrange for previous claims to be paid. They were both 100% professional and Discovery should be proud to have them. Once again, thank you Discovery, wonderful service.</p>
