I would like to thank the Discovery Health Medical Aid for resolving my complaint. I would like to make a special mention of Trevor Richard, who took time to give me feedback, when committed to call me he honored his word. He followed this through and was extremely empathetic towards me at all times. Understanding my frustration and mostly what I had been through.
