I am not the easiest person to deal with and I always check everything so when I added my husband to my medical aid. Due to Covid he got retrenched. I like to argue about price and it was a back and forth. The lady that call made me understand and why. I asked he lots of questions and she answered them patiently. They really made the process of adding someone to my medical aid so easy Don't see a reason to move to another medical aid when I keep getting such good service from Discovery
