tests not paid

I have had a few lines accounts not paid by discovery due to more information required on claim. Even though ICD codes are being utilized. I was promised by both Discovery and Lancet that they would resolve by obtaining required motivation for test. I have dealt with both call centres multiply times.<br> Finally I just paid the account due to threating blacklisting letters.<br> The ITC is now phoning and sending threating letters.
