Terrible with medical claim

This medical aid has proven to be dishonest and does not communicate with its clients. I enquired on a yellow fever vaccine and they said i could take one and send a claim. I now send a claim and find out there's an issue but no one there has had the decency to communicate this information. I need my money back you can not inconvience people especially at this time of the year.
