Terrible terrible

Terrible, terrible i have moved all my insurance to other company's short term and long term. They not capable of solving there customers queries. you have to phone them everytime to find out if the problem has been solved. you do everything from your side to keep a clean record send all the info and proof as they requested and make promises that it will be sorted out. After a month or two you still received emails saying you still didn't make a payment where i have paid and send proof of payment the same day. I will not do business with them. One thing is what i realised with Discovery you don't mean anything to them, they just want you money.
