Terrible switchboard

Terrible switchboard. Just cannot get through to a consultant without going back and forth through endless dead end options via the telephone.

Using up airtime by holding for all options given only to find at the end "press ..." to return to previous menu. Nowhere given the option to speak to a consultant directly.

Discovery, please sort out this frustrating issue:(
