Terrible Support Service

I have tried mailing these for a while now i simply wish to cancel my vitality im being ignored. this is terrible service from this company. I have sent 4 mails in total ranging from january 2018 and no one bothered to even reply to one of them

I've had enough I'm considering canceling the whole thing not just vitality, if this is how they treat their customers ill rather go somewhere else I am sure they Don't ignore their clients for months on end
