Terrible service received

Absolutely terrible service I've received from discovery health, first time I ever had to claim money back from them, submitted a claim on Tuesday, spoke to several people saying money was going to be paid, yesterday yet again I spoke to a lady named sune saying my money will be paid today which is Friday, I did a follow up call and it shows that there was no confirmation that money was going to be paid today. What makes me angry is that I had I phone everyday to follow up, yet every person that I speak to at discovery gives me another story, I'm currently pregnant and my gynae wants upfront payment and I need to claim back, I'm telling you this is going to be a long pregnancy if I need to battle to like this to get my money paid back to me.
