terrible service from discovery health

I have been struggling for the past 2 weeks to get an authorization to go see a specialist, been calling them everyday to get an update with no help or answers except it is with their ***** department. we pay our expensive premium like clockwork every month when you are really sick they want to investigate you. imagine bleeding non stop for 2 weeks and your gp cant do anything and you are not getting joy from your medical aid .

still no-one has contacted me. I have called the call center 3times today with no joy. the lady I was on the call with says that the gentleman i spoken to in the morning has escalated my request, she will try and escalate it again. one thing am sure of that they will be on be on time on the 1st to debit my account
