Terrible service from Discovery

I am very disappointed with the service which I'm getting, or should I say not receiving from Discovery. What hurts me the most is that they are gambling with my life. They are not doing me a favor because I'm paying a lot of money for services they should be rending. Discovery is seriously failing to honor what they promised to deliver. All I get is lies after lies and I'm wasting my money busy calling them, and receiving no assistance or feedback. I'm on chronic medication and on my last pill whilst still not getting any assistance. I have spoken to different people and all the stories I'm getting are different where as I've given them reference numbers. And they should never even bother about their app that they keep referring me to because its absolute nonsense. Just today I spoke with another one of their consultants and they promised to call back with feedback after an hour, but to this end nothing happened. I've really had enough. Really sick of this.
