terrible service from discovery

Ok guys here is the update got a call this morning. Was explained the same old story that discovery only covers certain chronic meds to a certain amount. In my case being diabetic they only cover the normal glucophage, which I started taking when the doctor told me I was diagnosed to be diabetic. After a month I was still suffering with dirrorea. Went back to the doc he said to change to glucophage XR, surprise surprise discovery doesn't pay for it in full I still have to pay the difference. Yet discovery CLAIMS 100% chronic cover when the advertise. Not once do they tell you that you have to pay in for meds for chronic illness. My question to discovery is why am I forced to take something that gives me dirrorea? Is it my fault my body can't handle the normal generic glucophage. Now only I being told that discovery only covers generic. Paying R4400 for my son and I and still having to pay every month for chronic meds is a *******. Guys please if you know of any other DECENT medical aids please refer me I have had enuf of this fiasco with lies and promises from discovery. All they do is get an agent to call and say sorry sir I can't help future to sort your issue off. Lol what a joke
