Terrible service for new members

<p>I just joined discovery health my medical aid app was succesful i sent multiple emails trying for them to set up my debit order and received mlmo reply When i placed a complaint about this i was told my medical aid was frozen cause i owe 2 months payment****actly how was i to pay wihout banking details? More importantly i chose a debit order as ny payment method and nobody attend to me...i hadnt even received my card Once they get you to apply the attentive helpfull stuff disapear like gosts... yet wen i was applying 3 agents used to call me per day</p>
