Terrible service
I phoned Lulama on 15 march 2022 case number *** my name Is Jan Senekal phone number *** my chronic medicine dont get fully covered i must pay in everytime. The lady said clicks and Shoprite pharmacy is not compatible, i ask her wich pharmacy is in Kariega/ Uitenhage se replaid there is not one in Uitenhage i am 2 weeks now wirhout my pills, i cant pay R2600 a month and pay for my chronic medicine. Shame on you Discovery. I will never never rever you to anyone i know i rate you 1 out of 10.
