Terrible service

Terrible service from Discovery I’ve had a query since last year and none of their agents has been able to resolve , they all promise to get back to you and thats the last you will hear from them, since 19 November to date I’m still waiting for feedback from their agents.

I’ve spoken to Desire, Mandisa, Sibusisiwe, Nokthula and Princess and I’m still waiting for feedback
