Terrible service
Discovery Health is making it extremely difficult to downgrade health plans. I tried to downgrade my health plan via the website only to receive a prompt that I must call the call centre. After holding for 12 minutes I spoke to Chwayida who promised to send forms to be completed. I am yet to receive the forms.
