Terrible service at Discovery medical aid essential saver

I would like to lodge a complaint which has been ignored by discovery medical aid essential saver since last year November 2018 when I lodged the complaint, they keep on promising to resolve the matter till to date . the reference numbers for the query is ********** 861 and ********** 663
