Terrible service
App**** to downgrade the plan in September 2023 due to unemployment. After many emails and correspondence, they still haven't changed the plan which was supposed to be emplemented on 1 Jan 2024. They still deduct nearly 3k monthly and the telephone service keeps you on hold over 40min with no answer 😑
