Terrible service

Discovery has been charging me ridiculous amounts. And I have tried fixing this with a few co consultants and each time they make a mistake and I get charged a higher amount. I'm so tired of this. So I decide to do a reversal as it's so much easier than trying to speak to them or email them as they either do not respond or it takes a chunk of my time. Instead of trying of trying to contact me- they suspend my account and next month charge me double the amount!! Terrible service. When someone reads this- I've had enough! Please cancel my account with you. And refund me what is owed. I'm disgusted at the level of service
