Terrible service

The service from Discovery Health is absolutely pathetic . They don't value customers loyalty but that is going to change . I had to drop my health option due to unforeseen circumstances and my income band calculation was done incorrectly twice by Discovery .The team couldn't even call me to ****** explain I call them twice and left complaints on their website and I didnt get a response . Their call centre agents are idiots since they ask you dumb questions without viewing the documents sent . The level of service was terrible this issue was with discovery from May 2019 and it is yet to be rectified . Lets see how fast they respond now really terrible service
