Terrible Service

As member of KeyCare I went to Doctor Bezuidenhout in Hatfiled, having just moved to Pretoria. This doctor is listed as dispensing, which not a single person in there was given medication. Terrible doctor, gave me a script for sleeping tablets, stomach acid medicine and antibiotics. Keep in mind I went there for only a bladder infection. Didn't tell me what was wrong with me, or what the medication was for. I googled it when I got home from Clicks. So almost R500 later I'm sitting with unopened medicine I do not need. I timed her appointments a patient was seen for 3 minutes, and 6 minutes was the longest. She even rushed me out her rooms without even writing a sick note for me, I had to cut her off to tell er to write one for me. Oh and I have no problems sleeping so I still do not understand prescribing Tramazil to me. Google her there are similar complaints, I'm not the first. When asking Discovery is this the service they provide their members with, all I was given was no typed reply but just a list of schedule medicine. Disgusted. I hardly use my medical aid and do not expect service like this. Not even a phone call from Discovery. I recommend people against them and I too will start looking for something better as my concern is imagine if something serious happens and you need the hospital, I guess the treatment will be worse than State.
