Terrible Service

<p>After many request to upgrade to a higher plan, i am not allowed to.</p> <p>I must wait a year before i can do so.</p> <p>Thats not my problem my problem is with Delta classic saver there is no Hospital in benoni I can use, if i want to use a hospital i must Pay R7100.00 out of my own pocket. So for a year must i rather let one of my family members die, or keep on taking loan after loan just to be able to help them. </p> <p>What i dont understand with 3 plans lower than what i am on i can go to a hospital in benoni no problem at all.</p> <p>After many emails and phonecalls to Discovery they just do not want to give me feedback at all.</p> <p>They either ignore my mails or just keep quiet on the phone no response at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>But it is ok to pay R5000.00 a month for a medical aid I cannot use, becuase i reside in Benoni????????????</p> <p> </p>
