Terrible Service

<p>I was a member of Discovery during my previous employment,I received an email,I vaguely remember the details,about me owing them some money which I think it relates to my savings from my previous employment,I had forgotten about it and never received any further communication from Discovery,Yesterday I received a call from a debt collector called Shapiro Shaik about amounts owing to discovery,which it seemed was apparently handed over to them,i have not received or recall receiving any information from discovery & i am shocked that I have been handed over,not only is this detrimental for my credit rating,but I find it appaling to say the least,</p> <p>Today i contacted the call centre and was trasnferred to their settlements department to try & understand what this matter is about,a Lady by the name of Ntombi rudely hung up the phone on me and just cut me off for no reason,</p>
