TERRIBLE SERVICE
I went to an Optometrist in Tembisa - Torga Spectacle and they did eye tests without showing me first what options of glasses i have. After that i didn't like their frames and i was told they are going to take their eye test money, then i went to another branch in Carlswalt where i found the glasses i was interested in but they said to me, they will send the frame details to the Tembisa branch. Then the following day, the tembisa branch phoned me to say i need to pay additional R300 or so, what i don't understand and find unfair is that i did my eye test at Tembisa, and that was part of the package, WHY MUST I PAY an additional money?

We can confirm that members on your chosen plan type covers one eye test for each person and one set of single vision, bifocal or multifocal lenses, at an optometrist in our network. The optometrist will have a specific range of gl***es that you can choose from. If you choose a frame outside of the range, we will pay an amount determined by Iso Leso. We confirmed that the chosen optometrist must confirm your available benefits with Iso Leso. They will then be able to confirm if you are liable for any amount.
