Terrible Service

I called discovery fo find out why my claim hasn’t been paid and I been holding for over 45 minutes and no one answered the phone. I was told by the consultant when taking out my medical aid that my baby will be covered as soon as she’s born and they have rejected my claim for the paediatrician bill. It seems their consultants will say anything to get you take out the medical aid even though they know you won’t be covered for what you need. Disgusting and despicable service from what’s supposed to be the best medical aid in the country.
