Terrible Health Care provider

Worst Health Care Provider, Impossible to talk to a human, bots on every platform, their hotline leads nowhere. my wife needed to see a doctor urgently as she was ill, our doctor was not available so had to drive to the next town as that is where the closest network doctor was. they refused to help as they were not "nominated. the bot again says our plan does not nominate. my wife had to go and see another doctor and pay the fees upfront. R8000 PM and you stuck with a terrible unhelpful medical aid.
