TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hello,

I went about three weeks back to virgin active in kloof to get my vitality check done. (i chose kloof as my local location, westville was fully booked.)

My appointment was for 7:15pm, i arrived at 6:45pm (your cameras would be able to pick this up.) Upon arriving i was met with a gentlemen at the reception, i told him i was there for the assessment, he said i was early and i could have a seat next door to where the assessment was being done.

Upon waiting, i see the time is now 7:30pm, so i go to the reception and met with a lady this time, i explain to her why I'm here, and she tells me to go and knock on the door of the person doing the assessment.

I go and knock on the door, and the assessor is busy with a client, and she just stares at me very rudely, i apologised for intruding but i was just doing as i was told.

this is how the conversation went :

ME: Im sorry to disturb but im here for my assessment.

assessor: what time was your appointment ?

ME: 7:15pm

assessor: what time is it now ?

ME: 7:30pm

assessor: you're late.

mind you she was very blunt and rude, i tried to explain to her that i was sitting in the next room the whole time but it seemed to fall on deaf ears.

i went to reception to complain, they told me that this was not virgin actives issue as discovery just uses their rooms to do the assessment.

I then asked the lady at reception to get me the assessors name, when she came back, she said the assessor does not want to give her name and that if i wait she will attend to me, i was already furious, and after receiving this ill treatment from the assessor i left.

i called virgin active the next day and spoke to the manager who said that he will address this issue with discovery.

i called discovery and laid a complaint.

both virgin active and discovery are yet to get back to me, hence i find myself on hello peter.
