Terrible customer service

Please be very careful when using Discovery Health!! i was in an accident on February 16th and booked in to hospital for a broken wrist.

9 Months later i got a bill from debt collectors saying that there is outstanding payments needed for Radiology. Discovery did not inform me that this will not be covered - as i was under the impression that the "In Hospital" benefits actually covers you In Hospital? However now it is my name that is being tarnished for bills not paid when it should of been covered. I have been trying to get any sort of feedback from Discovery for 3 weeks now without any luck what so ever! I have debt collectors bugging me daily because i cannot get an answer as to if Discovery will be paying the amount or not.
