Terrible customer service

I spoke to Aviwe from Discovery who was utterly rude, impatient & condescending. I was already frustrated by the inconvenience caused by discovery and her lack of empathy made it worse. It got to a point where i asked her to transfer me to someone else who can help or her superior, but she continued shouting and speaking over me until she hung up while I was still trying to get my request across. How can you hang up on a customer? After Aviwe hung up on me i called back and spoke to 2 other people who even though they could hear that i was angry stayed calm and explained what was going on until i completely understood. Shaun and Vusi were very helpful and professional but my interaction with Aviwe left a very bitter taste in my mouth.
