TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Discovery Health call centre is a real nuisance. I tried everyday for the past week to get through the specialist and chronic departments. No one answered and gets cut. The general Keycare department just keeps transferring you there even through you say something is wrong. Besides the abysmal Keycare plan, their customer service is so terrible. It is really so disappointing

26 Feb 2024, 14:55Its been more than a week, and the problem STILL has not been fixed. STILL CANNOT GET HOLD OF CRONIC DEPARTMENT. Why is there no one ever answering the calls in that department. NO care for members.
