Terrible customer service

<p>I've been struggling for more than a week to get Discovery to amend my cellphone number for my OTP pin on the website. I'm being transferred to a different person the entire time and nothing happens. Can someone please contact me to sort this problem out, as none of my accounts are being paid. Jaco</p>
