Terrible customer care

The Discovery health Rules are Created by God with no exceptions!! They don't care about their client needs what they care are only their rules that must adhere too without giving a thought. I spoken to their client service manager Shayuri Devar. That was terrible experience while in need of help and told that Discovery health can not help me. I was being told that unfortunately they wont help me at all. Still in SHOCKED!!! of their service from the so called best health medical aid in South Africa
