Terrible Administration to get records from Discovery Medical Aid

I have telephoned Discovery Medical Aid on 2 occassion and also sent 2 emails to info@discovery to obtain information regarding a hospital account. I need this information as I have a dispute with this service. I was told twice on the phone there we no records of +/- R 130,000.00 paid to this company. I do not know what to do anymore as I am not getting anywhere. Why ask us to phone or email Discovery Medical for assistant were silence is golden The email said they would reply in approximately 24 hours. I have been waiting weeks now.

I am not saying they are a bad medical aid when it comes to most issues.

I am at wits end as this is a case reported to the Ombusman against the hospital and need the documentation to help he prove my case, be it in 2022.
