Terrible

Awful. My medical is underwritten by Discovery Health. Im on Malcor Medical Aid. On 1 July 2020 I underwent a procedure for which I received an authorisation number for. On 3 and 11 July two of my doctors submitted their claims to Malcor. Since then I submitted the same claims in excess of 4 times, the doctors resubmitted a further twice (if not more). Further the doctors and myself have both called ample times (more than 5 times). Both these claims have still not been loaded nor processed and no-one at Malcor seems to know what is going on ( you speak to someone different each time). When we call we get told to just resubmit. I have an authorisation number, the claims are clear, I get an automated response to say its received so what is the problem. It cant carry on like this. Its ridiculous. Malcor is underwritten by Discovery Medical Aid.
