Termination for no reason

I had medical aid with discovery. I joined on the key care plus plan in 2015. During the year i ask discovery to upgrade my plan to the coastal saver due to a procedure that was not covered on the key care plan. Discovery knew that i needed to go for the procedure and upgraded my plan end of December 2015. On the 16 January 2016 while sitting in hospital to go in for the procedure discovery called me to tell me they are terminating my medical aid due to non disclosure. I did not know that i had the issue. Why did they upgrade my plan and everything? I went to discovery’s offcices in Canal Walk and the lady that helped me told me that they will investigate and let me know. 2 years later and still no word from them. Discovery tells me i owe them R9000 for all my claims that was made. This is a joke. I want this to get resolved urgently.
