Termination

I've resigned from my previous employer and requested that the medical aid be terminated effective 30/11/2015, however, I was told that it could only be effective 31/12/2015. I then notified the new medical aid that it should be effective 01/01/2016. <br> <br> I went to go buy medication at Clicks and was told my medical aid is ineffective. I queried it today and am now told it was changed to be terminated 30/11/2015 and no one informed me of this?<br> <br> If anything has to happen to me right now it means I'm not covered for medical aid! <br> <br> This is nonsense and want it rectified!
