TERIBLE SERVICE FROM THIS PEOPLE NEGLIGENCE IS IN A HIGH PROFICIENCY

Discovery is terrible on Sevices i jopined discovery primary health last year june and used it only twice my consulation charged at R350.00 last week sunday i went to the same to doctor and i was told i owed the last consultation of the 04th december 2018 it was said that the doctor could not claim on my medical aid due to insuffecient funds on my med aid...LIKE WHAT THE HELL IS THIS WHEN I CALL THE CALL CENTRE YOU HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES WITH NO ASSISTANCE I CANT BE OWING THE DOCTOR'S CONSLTATION DUE TO DISCOVERY'S NEGLIGENCE WHERE IS YOUR FORM OF PROCEDURE FOR SERVICE DELIVERY WHAT IM I PAYING MY MED AID FOR? I ONLY USED IT TWICE SINCE I JOINED IT LAST YEAR JUNE AND YOU WANT TO TELL ME THE DOCTOR COULDNT CLAIM DUE TO INSUFFECIENT FUNDS?WHAT HAVE I BEEN PAYING FOR FROM JUNE TILL NOW?
