Team Vitality registration is ridiculous

I joined Team Vitality on 21 Nov . I have not received a welcome email or any details about collecting my running shirt and cycling jersey.

I have called 3 times to follow up regarding the shirt and jersey and each time I've been told that their technical team is looking into it and will get back to me ASAP.

3 weeks later and not a word. This is ridiculous. You quickly and happily took my membership money but apparently could not be bother to provide a service even of minimal standard.
