Team Discovery opt out problems

I wish to opt out of Team Discovery and their annual fees. The instructions said log in and opt out of the automatic payment. This is very hidden and difficult to find. Calling Discovery usually takes +20 minutes of my air time. I'm a very unhappy Team Discovery member due to the poor website and opt out options.
