Tax certificate requested

Discovery Health extremely unheapful, some of the consultants are quite arrogant and do not seem interested in going the extra mile to resolve. It has taken several calls and time and matter still not resolved. Very bad service !

I have been trying to obtain my mom's Tax certificate so that I can file my Tax return as I have been paying my mom's subscription for many years, Discovery have evidence of this on their system. My mom passed away last October, so i am unable to get her to verify that the Tax certificate can be sent to me. Discovery have year after year sent the tax certificate to my email but now that my mom is deceased they will not do it.

I have advised that I can obtain an affidavit from the Police station however they are not willing to bugde and the tax season has since closed so I will now incur penalties from. SARS for late submission. Discovery have advised that I will need to go to the high Court in order to obtain a letter from the as executorship, this in my opinion is totally ludicrous as I do not ha e the time to go to the courts.

Discovery your service is pathetic, you need to do better and train your consultants to handle clients with empathy. Parhetic to say the least!!!!!
