Tax Certificate Request

I have been sending emails for 3 weeks now requesting my 2017 and 2018 Medical Aid tax certificates, sent the request on the 19 May 2025, till to date i have not received anything no direction keep getting reference number that help with nothing. Your telephone lines are never answered, held on the line for an hour. To date this reference is not attended too:***, Is this because i am no longer a member that this has to take decades to be attended too? A clear email with instructions to follow is all i need!
